Soothing sleep music featuring only relaxing harp music. Lay down, relax and fall asleep while you're listening to calming sleeping music composed by Peder B. Helland. Hopefully this soft background music can be used to beat insomnia and/or make you relaxed. Soothing Relaxation is a music channel and I compose sleep music, meditation music, study music, background music, spa music, beautiful instrumental music and more. I can't get enough of this video. It's like a lullaby to my ears.
I wrote my doctoral dissertation listening to this music over and over again--never tired of it. The perfect background music to keep anxiety at bay! thanks.
This is pure and wonderful. As are you, one who reads this message. The universe pulled your attention here to let you know that you are loved, and you are needed. Stay strong my friend
It's normal that you get headache when you try to activate your third eye. When you are having headache, it means your chakras are not balanced yet. Hence, you would have to balance your chakras first. Next, try to focus on your third eye while listening to this music. You can meditate or sleep. I feel sometimes when people say that we tend to see spirits when we actually open our third eye but to my experience is that, opening your third eye helps you to be more intuitive , helps you to make better decisions, even you can manifest anything you want using your third eye. Bear in mind, the third eye is the strongest chakra in your body. Activating your pineal gland helps you to understand the world faster. It also helps you to astral project and lucid dreaming. I'm just sharing what I know n feel. Tq everyone for reading my comment. If you people for anything interesting, plz do share.
When I was a baby my mom would play this kind of music for me and I couldn't go to sleep without it. One night the power went out for a few minutes and the phone that played the music wouldn't turn on so my mom went back to bed. I started crying after a while and my brother, being seven at the time, stayed up all night pouring water between two cups for me so I would be able to sleep.
